this blog began as a section on my site called “Infinite Diarrhea” which I took down very shortly after starting it because \u2026 people were reading it. This, in turn, was causing problems in my already failing marriage \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n School is finally getting interesting (read: challenging) and I am finding myself actually sitting up and paying attention.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I’ve decided that an Associates degree is too limited for my needs and will go for a BA instead, expanding upon the multimedia graphics to include web disciplines as well.<\/p>\n Can’t wait to sink my teeth into (or get sunk by) database applications!<\/p>\n — — —<\/p>\n On the bus ride from school Monday afternoon, I found myself a lone white boy in a sea of Japanese.<\/p>\n The entire back of the bus was crowded, minus my own pasty self, with black Patagonia clad, young Japanese men – all students at the same college as I – yet in a different world.<\/p>\n The elongated vowels, enthusiastic chatter, and rapid head nodding had me feeling all out of place – a sore thumb in a fistful of waving fingers – until I realized:<\/p>\n “Hey, we’re in Port Angeles, here! USA.
